Im Wohnzimmer haben Sie eine offene Küche, mit viel Platz und einem Kamin. In der gesamten Wohnung befindet sich Stuck. Haustiere sind erlaubt. Bei Anreise wird eine Steuer erhoben pro Pers. Wir haben in unserem Haus eine 110qm Wohnung für 4 Personen. Im Wohnzimmer und in beiden Schlafzimmern hängt jeweils ein 50 Zoll LCD TV mit NETFLIX & Amazon Zugang. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind sehr geräumig und das große Badezimmer mit Dusche lässt auch keine Wünsche offen. Die benutzung von unserem Schwimmbad (6-21 Uhr) ist natürlich möglich wie auch bei uns morgens zu Frühstücken. Beides ist im Preis enthalten. Die Sauna ist ein Privatbereich und kostet 15€ pro 3 Stunden und Person

Fußläufig durch einen wunderschönen Park erreicht man in 10 Minuten die Königsallee, oder in die andere Richtung den modernen Medienhafen. Die hippe Lorettostraße, mit Ihren kleinen individuellen Boutiquen, Restaurants und Bars liegt direkt vor der Haustür. Die Messe ist mit der Bahn innerhalb von 25 Minuten zu erreichen.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor on the street side, with elevator. Freshly renovated, all furniture are new and in one room. Modern kitchen equipment, dining area, double bed, sliding door wardrobe, an oiled oak parquet, a full-surface glazing, blinds as a view and sun protection, a large balcony across the entire width. The apartment is very bright and sunny. The city center, old town, Rhine promenade, Schauspielhaus and the Opera are within a few minutes walking distance.

Our apartement is situated in a quiet neighborhood. There is a separate entrance and a patio where you can sit outside, weather permitting. You will find the entrance to the Duesseldorf trade fair only 200 m away and the convention center in 400 m. At the Merkur Arena with concerts and sport events you arrive on foot in 1.8 km. The city center can be reached by public transport in 10-15 minutes. There are a lot of restaurants and shopping facilities in walking distance.

Eine gemütliche helle Wohnung erwartet euch hier. Die Wohnung liegt in eine ruhige aber zentrale Lage von Hagen. Die Fern Uni ist nur 9 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Studenten der Fernuni und Frauen sind hier sehr willkommen. Meine Hündin lebt auch hier. Euren Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Single Bett und einem Schreibtisch ausgestattet. Das Bad wir geteilt. Die offene Küche mit Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer sind geräumig und hell. Das Frühstück ist inbegriffen.

Very quiet flat on the first floor with 2 rooms - bedroom and livingroom (second bed, if you need) with small kitchen and bathroom. Balcony, TV in both rooms. You'll find some food for breakfast for short stays. Within walking distance to Supermarket and city 10 minutes. Way to fair Düsseldorf with taxi or car 15 minutes. With bus or train 50-65 minutes. Airport: 15 minutes with taxi. Wellcome to the best place for regeneration!

Our single-family home has a spacious, separate floor on the 1st floor with sloping ceilings and charming, super cozy furnishings in a quiet location and close to the Rhine for max. 4 people. The guest floor is of course only available to the guests who have booked. Both bedrooms have a modern and very quiet Daikin Duo split wall air conditioning R32 with the wall unit model FTXP35N.
