The light-flooded living area on the ground floor offers a glass front with panoramic views and a cozy fireplace. Upstairs there is a bedroom with meadow view, a sleeping alcove for 2 people and a bathroom with bathtub. Outside, the terrace, trampoline and swing invite you to relax. Children can feed our chickens, and depending on availability, there are fresh eggs. The Hennesee is nearby!

Im Essener Süden gelegen erreichst Du in kürzester Zeit die Messe Essen, den Flughafen Düsseldorf in 20 min. Zu Fuß läßt Du die Stadt nach 100m. hinter Dir. Spaziergänge durch Wald und über Felder führen Dich bis hin zur Ruhr. Bei Regen schau Netflix leer😊 Der Garten mit einem Grillplatz steht Dir Verfügung. An heißen Tagen spring in den Pool! Auch Haustiere sind willkommen❣️

The solidly built, well-insulated garden house with covered terrace is located in the back of the beautiful garden. It is equipped with electric heating and fireplace (steel with window), furniture, linen and accessories. Location: in the green north of Düsseldorf in a quiet residential area. Walking distance to the trade fair, LantscherPark, Merkur Spielarena and the Rhine. Conveniently located close to the airport, this can lead to higher flight noise pollution until 11 pm.
