Modern apartment between Düsseldorf and Cologne

You would live in the small village called “Meigen”. It is very close to the city centre of Solingen. The drive to the city centre is about 5 min. with the car and 10 with the bus. You can park your car almost in front of the apartment. The train station „SG-Mitte“ is also very close. By foot you will need around 20 minutes, with the car only 5 minutes. If you want to ride to Düsseldorf or Cologne you can easily take the train (30-40 min.) or your car (same time), perfect for fairgoers.

The small open kitchen is equipped with 2 hotplates, fridge/freezer combination and dishwasher. The bathroom has a spacious shower. Free parking spaces can be found at any time of the day on Flensburger Straße. You can stop briefly in front of the tiny house for loading and unloading. Cozy apartment furnished with a lot of love in an old half-timbered house. Separate entrance, sunny terrace... only the birds "disturb" here. The property is at the end of a dead end road surrounded by forest and meadows. Ideal for hikers and bikers, it starts right outside the door. In the large garden behind the house you can lie in the sun as you please, sit comfortably under the walnut tree, use the sauna (10 for additional costs) or end the day by the campfire!

Tiny house on two floors

Our property is located in the center of Schwerte. On foot you can reach the train station in 5 minutes and the Ruhr in 10 minutes. Cafés, bakeries, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance within a few minutes. The Rohrmeisterei is also just a stone's throw from us. Our garden and our route can also be used. If you are traveling by bike, you can safely store it in our yard. Access to your space is self-sufficient.
