Treat yourself to a break in this beautiful stone house in Ruoms, in the south Ardèche, an ideal base for discovering our beautiful region. Fully enclosed, private pool, poolhouse, 160m² and 1500m² of wooded garden, with direct access to Via Ardèche. Ideal for families or couples of friends, authenticity, calm and rest are the key words of the Mas du Rocher. Pets allowed on request - 20kg, clean, well-behaved, to be paid on site. Cat I and II not allowed.

Picturesque, bright and quiet house, close to all amenities on foot (shops, bars and restaurants). On the ground floor you will find my watercolor workshop (Couleur Mande) which has independent access. On the first floor, the main room, warm and bright atmosphere with a living room, TV and an open-plan kitchen (microwave, stove, toaster, fridge, coffee machines...). On the second floor, the sleeping area and its bathroom. The balcony is not overlooked.
