This apartment also has a little patio and an assigned parking spot in front of the apartment. The apartment is located in Ruoms center: bakery, cafés and restaurants are only a few steps away. The « Voie Verte » can be easily accessed (300m). The Ardèche river is also in walking distance (750m).
