On the heights of Lablachère, come and enjoy our haven of peace in this charming stone house typical of the Ardèche. Its terrace, unoverlooked solarium and private garden will allow you to enjoy your vacation with friends, family and create beautiful summer memories. In the immediate vicinity: Gorges de l'Ardèche, Chauvet Cave, Païolive Forest, Les Vans market, Joyeuse, various activities (canoeing, hiking, caving, climbing, mountain biking, swimming in the rivers).

2-star gîte with private terrace and enclosed garden

The apartment is a furnished type 2, on the ground floor with covered terrace, barbecue garden furniture, enclosed and wooded land. It is a 2-star cottage. The village is within walking distance (300m). I recommend a magnificent hike on the banks of the Ardèche starting from the house : the circus of PEOPLE ( 2 to 3 hours of wonder). We are close to Vallon Pont d 'Arc and Chauvet Cave. Nearby there are also the classified villages of Labeaume, Balazuc and Voguë.

Imagine, the gate opens and you arrive in the heart of southern Ardèche, to the sound of cicadas. You enter this peaceful retreat, the garden, closed by a gate, is open to you, your vacation begins. Activities that are all within walking distance of the property, the city center being very close, as well as the river.

Quiet, in a typical old restored mill located in the heart of nature by the stream, not overlooked, at the foot of the CEVENNES. Part of the building is converted into a spacious and cool 110 m² cottage for 6/7 people. On the ground floor you have the living room, dining room/kitchen. Upstairs, three bedrooms and a mezzanine, bathroom, toilet. The mill is 600 m from Banne. A five-minute drive away you have several shops.
