Max’s place is elevated and offers amazing views, including mesmerising sunrises/sunsets. The outdoor living areas are fully covered, with generous lounge /seating combos and a bar straight from the 1960’s! Nestled amongst tea tree and a short drive (or walk) to local attractions, it rates as a hide away that’s got it all. You’ll be feverishly texting your friends about it, just as I did, to share the experience. A big ‘thankyou’ to Kara, a brilliant host who took care of my every need! 100%.

We loved staying at Melanie’s! Her place is located on a quiet street and only 700 away from the beach. The apartment is well equipped and genuinely feels like home. Our little one thoroughly enjoyed fully set up kids bedroom which was a great bonus :). Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet stay in Rye.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay with our little family. Peter was responsive and friendly and made the entire end to end experience fantastic. Great property in a great location. Would definitely recommend!
