The ground floor has a spacious living area, open plan fully equipped kitchen and 2 double bedrooms - each with its own bathroom On the first level is a double bedroom with en-suite leading out to the roof terrace. The garden area is private with its own pool to cool you off on those warm sunny days. Just beyond the garden gate is the village of La Caleta where you can cross the road and enjoy the seafront.

I am an ancient finca rústica in a new guise and live at 550 meters above sea level in Icod de los Vinos in the green north of the island. Behind me I see the majestic Teide volcano, in front of me lies the wide Atlantic. You have to experience living here. The wide view of the sea and Icod immediately creates a sublime feeling and inner peace. The north is weather-friendly and exciting and wonderful to watch from here.
