This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. The house is located in a quiet area with a rural atmosphere but with the advantage of being only 15 minutes away from the beach. The house is on the top of a hill and has a wonderful and clean panoramic view towards the sea. The sunsets are magnificent with La Gomera island on background.

You'll be a two-minute walk to Playa de las Vistas, from the balcony overlooking the sea and the beach. It has 47m2 well distributed, air conditioning, 58" Smart TV, 100Mb fiber optic Internet, computer work desk. Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, Electric oven, Microwave, Washer, Dryer, Nespresso, blender, etc. Everything you need for a wonderful stay! Modern Solar Powered Home, the house is off-grid, meaning it gets its electricity from the sun and a standby generator if needed. Restored in April 2021 the cottage is just before Teide National Park. Home has full cooks open kitchen and living room with all one might need, gas stove and modern appliances. Behind me I see the majestic Teide volcano, in front of me lies the wide Atlantic. You have to experience living here.
