NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in downtown Rosenheim. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

We have lived in the "Lenzi" since 2018 and rent one half to holiday guests. It is secluded in the middle of the forest between Munich, Rosenheim and Tegernsee. Our lovingly restored stable house is designed for a maximum of 4 guests. Private entrance, fireplace room with comfortable leather armchairs and sofas, kitchen-living room and toilet on the ground floor. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms, balcony on the corridor, library, bathroom. Outdoor spaces available. Pets allowed for a fee.

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!
