Our apartment is located directly at the spa park in Bad Schandau. There are numerous restaurants, supermarkets, the Toskanatherme, the Kirnitzschtalbahn, the historic Sendig lift or, for example, the National Park Center in the immediate vicinity. Directly from the property you can hike to the Schrammsteine, the Kohlbornstein or the Rathmannsdorfer lookout tower. All other highlights of Saxon and Bohemian Switzerland can be reached quickly by car or public transport.

They are located in the picturesque Bohemian Uplands, near the Pravčická brána, Tiské skály and other beauties. Immerse yourself in the silence of nature, find peace and quiet. Watch the sheep grazing nearby. Your stay helps us to bring life back to the romantic ruins of the Skrytín chateau.

Newly renovated in 2023, this 70 m² apartment on the 1st floor offers a balcony with park views. Spacious bedroom (180×200 cm), living room with a sofa bed (140×200 cm). Quiet, central location by the park, with hiking trails, restaurants, Toscana-Therme, and Kirnitzschtalbahn all within walking distance. Pets welcome (€10/night).

Unsere schöne Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss, liegt direkt an der Elbe und ist ca. 75qm groß. Sie bietet viel Licht und Platz, komfortable Betten, eine wunderschöne Aussicht, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und einen privaten Parkplatz. Nach einer langen Wanderung oder Fahrradtour lässt es sich wunderbar auf dem Balkon am Wasser entspannen. Wer noch Lust hat, kann 5 Minuten spazieren gehen und die Muskeln in der Therme entspannen.

New apartment in a 200-year-old farmhouse

The lovingly designed apartment is located in a newly renovated farmhouse, which was first built in 1819 in a half-timbered style. Surrounded by numerous hiking trails and cycling routes, you can start directly from the property. Day trips by car can be made to Dresden, Bautzen or Prague. You will find a large and spacious apartment that leaves nothing to be desired. And if something is missing, we'll be happy to take care of it.

Villa Monsei – Maisonette dream in the national park!

As early as the beginning of the 20th century, our vacation home was considered a popular overnight destination (Logis – Villa Olympia). As part of a loving renovation, the villa was repaired and a total of 5 apartments were created, which invite you to relax and feel good. The house is located in the heart of Bad Schandau: 5 minutes' walk to the center, 10 minutes' walk to the Tuscany thermal baths and other facilities.

Enjoy the perfect connection to the national park, public transport and the Elbe cycle path from this apartment. You can reach, for example, the Schrammstein view on foot, the Bastei directly by train and the Felstor Kuhstall by ferry and Kirnitztalbahn. With the ferry Krippen you can relax and get to the other side of the Elbe and to the city center of Bad Schandau (Elbkai) free of charge (guest card).

Shepherd's wagon tiny house - parking, garden, Wi-Fi

Our shepherd's wagon is located on our Kraxlerhof, in the middle of Saxon Switzerland overlooking the Ochelwände. With a lot of love, we have now completed our shepherd's wagon at the end of July 2022 for up to two people. All hiking destinations are easily accessible from our farm. We are happy to give you interesting excursion tips around the hiking region of Saxon Switzerland.

Mountain farm with a breathtaking view

We live in Saxon Switzerland National Park on a 200-year-old farm in Bielatal. The farm is located at an altitude of 400 meters. From here you have a magnificent view of the Elbe Sandstone Mountains. We lovingly converted the middle part of the old cowshed with the hayloft into the apartment. It is part of the large restored 4-sided farm.
