Hi. We will welcome you to this maisonette equipped for 4 adults for a quiet stay in the Angevine countryside. There is a terrace with garden for your leisure time. From the house you will find several paths to walk or cycle in the middle of the horses. The Sarthe is 1 km away by footpath. The house consists of a fitted kitchen; a living room with a sofa bed; a bedroom; a bathroom with separate toilet.

The property has many amenities. it is independent of my house with a different entrance. the wifi network is functional, fiber optic just arrived in our small town 😉 I am delighted to welcome you, accompanied by my faithful Australian Shepherd.
