Bedroom with dressing room and a 160 cm bed. Shower room with double sink, shower and toilet. Wi-Fi is available. We are a 10-minute drive from Angers. We will be there to recommend the best deals. The tram, a supermarket and parking are nearby.

This charming 18 m2 Studio is located on the 1st floor of a small condominium located on Rue Jean Bodin in Angers. It has just been refurbished and consists of a bedroom/kitchen with bathroom and separate toilet. It is a 5-minute walk to the SNCF train station, 3 minutes to the Université Catholique de l'Ouest and 10 minutes to the hyper center. Paid street parking is available or free of charge 400 m away.
