This property is a Gem! Being able to park at the premise was so helpful. The property looks like the photos and it was wonderful. BUT the views are indescribable. There are no pictures that could do it justice. It is actually emotional to sit on their roof top deck looking at Capri. I will never forget it. Michele is an incredible host. He was very responsive and he took care of everything. Booked our boat trip to Capri (exceptional). Booked our dinner reservation and arranged for transportation. The restaurant was one of our favorites. Michele took care of everything. If you have the opportunity to book this property, do it!

Filippo’s place was a spacious little gem with an incredible view over the coastline. The apartment was clean and airy, with lots of personal touches from his Sicilian heritage. The view is from the front door veranda next to the walk way rather than a balcony but it really doesn’t matter, it’s stunning. The location is great for getting into both Scilla and Chianalea but beware of the stairs, there really are a lot of them, but as long as you have no mobility issues it should be totally manageable! Filippo was also very communicative and quick to respond so that was very helpful. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would come back again.

Extraordinary stay at Angelo.First, the apartment is perfect, clean, modern, well equipped, quality bedding. Superb terrace that overlooks the beautiful oasis that is the garden at our disposal. Fruit trees, trampoline, swing,sunbed,... Very quiet position (car necessary) but ideal for visiting the surroundings (syracuse, noto, vendicari,...). And then what about Angelo's kindness who answers all our questions! A real little pearl to recommend! We hope to be back soon.

We spent 2 nights in Graziano's apartment, located in a small alley in the charming village of Castelmola. Her dad Rino gave us an appointment at the entrance to the village and followed it by car to a private parking spot below. It's best to leave your car in the parking lot and get off by bus to Taormina. The apartment was large and comfortable, superb upstairs terrace with sea view. Thank you!

Nelly was very helpful and friendly. Was available via txt when we needed anything. The area is easy to find and a great location to use as a base to explore Amalfi. It’s a locals area and you’re right in Italy with no other tourists around! Very safe area, couldn’t recommend enough!

One of the most stunning and unique apartments I have ever stayed in. Ugo was a brilliant host who kindly allowed us to drop our bags early and gave us insight to the buildings history. The view is simply breathtaking with 3 different balconies to enjoy views from. The entrance was an experience in itself, one that only you can truly appreciate in person. Overall I cannot fault a thing, the flat was fully stocked and was modern despite how ancient the building feels! Can’t wait to visit again!

We had a great stay in Matera! The place was super charming and really captured the unique atmosphere of the area…..it was beautifully decorated with lots of character. There were so many thoughtful extras too, not just coffee but also some tasty treats we ended up having for breakfast and snacks. The gated parking was a big plus. The place was just a short and easy walk to the historic center. Our host was amazing—very quick to respond and full of great restaurant recommendations. We’ would definitely stay here again and would totally recommend it to anyone visiting Matera!

We had a very nice stay at Giulia's apartment. The view from the balcony is really fantastic. The equipment is very good and the communication with Giulia is just perfect. We would come back anytime.
