Small private island located between Angouleme and Cognac, on the path of the bike path "La Flow vélo", in the immediate vicinity of the pretty beach of Le Bain des Dames. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. A charming and peaceful group of three adjoining cottages offering a relaxing stay for the whole family (capacity 20 people). The location is very quiet and suitable for families, with two heated swimming pools and a one-hectare wooded park. The Domaine des Prairies de Latry comprises a total of five cottages (with the possibility of adding one or two additional cottages if required).

The center of Puymoyen is about 400m away and you will find there small shops and a bus station. Direct access to the "vallée des eaux claires" and multiple hiking spots.

New, cottage in quiet hamlet with a magnificent view of the countryside, 20 minutes south of Angoulême, spacious furnished in a large Charentaise house with a large private shaded park of 3000 m². Two terraces, one of which is accessible directly from one of the largest bedrooms and from the ground floor hallway, the other from the kitchen area.

Welcome to our wooden cabin with its fireplace and boat. The cabin is located on the edge of a pond and next to a forest. Here you will find peace and the sounds of nature. We live in a cul-de-sac in a small hamlet, 2 km from the center of Ronsenac, 5 km from Villebois-Lavalette and 25 min south of Angoulême.
