It is located in the attic of a beautiful building from 1900 and has its own entrance through which you can come and go undisturbed whenever you like. The apartment has a spacious kitchen and a large living room with TV incl. Netflix access. Even those who have a lot to do will find a desk with LAN / Wi-Fi. The 2.5-room apartment was extensively renovated in 2022 and lovingly furnished. It is three stories, with the cozy living and kitchen area on the first floor. On the first floor is the bathroom with a chandelier and a large, freestanding bathtub. On the first floor is the master bedroom, which is equipped with a large double bed and a fold-out sofa. There is a second bathroom on this floor. The second bedroom is in the attic.
