Issac's place is simply wonderful, this was our first airbnb experience and it surpassed all our expectations. It is in a very safe neighborhood, it is clean, well maintained, and the entire team was always willing to help and answer any questions. I recommend this place 100% for any first timers here who may be a bit a skeptical about the idea of airbnb. Issac was sometimes a little hard to reach but when we finally got in touch with him he was simply amazing and so accommodating.

A really good flat, with modern amenities. We used a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat on the top (third) floor. Close to multiple shops and restaurants (walking distance possible) and to Gautrain transport network. Perhaps the only negative was that the apartment complex design meant that the parking lot is below the main windows (in the case of this flat, on the master bedroom side) and the 2nd bedroom faces the road (which is not a major road, so fairly quiet). By urban standards, no big deal, but it's good to know this in advance.

Perfect ...Candace's home completely exceeded our expectations , we didnt want to leave !!! A beautiful spacious house in a superb position on the river . Ideal for that tranquil break yet close enough to the hub if you want to venture out . Morning walks along the river bank and evening meals on the verandah listening to the birds . We were completely spoilt by the wonderful housekeeper who took care of all are needs without us even asking . We are a family that had gathered from a few different cities to spend time together and couldn't have found a better environment to do it in . Added bonus ..the resident laid back dogs and cat that made it feel like home away from home !!

It is a wonderful, charming, comfortable stay. We loved staying there and Candace was a great host. It is also very close the Sandton CBD so perfect for tourists or business travelers.

Fantastic, what you see from the pics is exactly what you get. and the house assistant precious was just the best, wish we could've taken her home to Cape Town with us, so helpful and sweet. Cleanliness for such a big house was on point, yard was spotless, house was neat and tidy, no allergic reactions to dust. We will definitely be back again on the next work trip. 5 Gold Stars and 1 Michelin star for the hospitality and walking into a log fire amidst a freezing cold Johannesburg.

We really enjoyed ourselves. The breakfast was magnificent and the hospitality from the staff was out of this world. I believe a TV set and an airconditioner in the bedroom can really put a plus on the already positive presentation and the decor of the house. Keep it up and hope to see you soon.

The time at Jossie's place was amazing. I extended the stay 2 times as I really felt at home. The breakfast was lovely, the room cleaned every day and we had many great conversations. I also received a lot of advice for my trip to Durban. They went away for the weekend and ask a friend to stay with me, so that I won't be alone in the house! So sweet! Definitely recommend it to anybody! Thank you!

Staying with Jossie and Nikki (and Max and Lily the Jack Russells) was an awesome experience. Beautiful house and garden and their hospitality is second to none, going well beyond the norm. The breakfast spread was delicious and gratefully accepted. I can only highly recommend a stay at 4A River Road.

Jossie's place is really great value for money. I was especially surprised by the fantastic breakfast! We will certainly stay there again when we need to be in Joburg overnight.

This was an excellent place to stay. Gayle was always available when needed, even for the smallest of queries. I would definitely recommend staying at this Airbnb.

The location is extremely convenient for Sandton and for getting into and around joburg, with the N1 just a stone's throw away. The flat is in a neat complex which is well run and we had a very quiet stay. You would need a car to get to amenities but Chilli Lane with many restaurants and shops is less than a 5 minute drive. The flat is neatly equipped and clean and has wonderfully comfortable beds as well as 2 bathrooms. We had a 3 night weekend stay and it was all good.

We spent a good time in this apartment, my host Has taken care of us very well...I would highly recommend staying at Ian unit. Ian et Gayle on ete des hotes tres acceuillant et professionnelle , je recommande sincerement de sejourner dans leurs appartements.

My second stay was as good as the first. Clean, efficient and modern. I would recommend this as a place to stay.

It's a place to call your home!!

The apartment is one of the best that you can find in Sandton. It is well furnished with all home accessories that you can find in a complete modern home, ranging from fast speed internet Wifi, Flat screen TV, DSTV Satellite, Nice furniture's, Refrigerator, Washing machine, microwave, electric cooker machine, e.t.c with a lot of space and privacy. The apartment is pretty secured with nice security guys that are always helpful when in need of their attention. Gayel and Daniel were also helpful during my stay at the apartment irrespective of the fact that we couldn't meet personally but were pretty good at communicating via phone calls, sms and (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) messages. I'd recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for a comfortable ultra modern apartment for their short or long stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The hot water wasn't working correctly when we arrived but Gayle, the lady who manages the apartment, had electricians out to fix it very promptly. She was very helpful when we had questions about things and was easy to communicate with via Wi-Fi. The apartment has been remodeled recently and so it was very nice.

My stay at Amits' accommodation was a pleasure. The amenities were perfect for a business traveler. Centrally located from Sandton and a very safe and quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this place

Bellgrove is a beautiful place. Although we only stayed for one night, we enjoyed it a lot. All the staff was kind, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very good. Our room was perfect and catered well to our needs.

Had a wonderful stay and can recommend accommodation to all

The place is ideally located in a safe and secure complex. There are a number of shopping malls and restaurants near-by. Sheldon is a good host but his father (personally) I found him to be unprofessional. There was an incident when we were at the apartment and the father did not handle it in a professional manner. He was not interested in listening to what had happened he just wanted to put the blame on us. Later we spoke to Sheldon and he understood the situation even though it was after the cleaner had explained what had happened and we were not involved or responsible for the incident. Thank God for the honesty of their cleaner.

Neat and quiet.

Very clean place... and neat. I like the safety too. Would have been even better if host was a bit more involved as i felt it was just a "hi and bye" interaction. Especially for new people like me never been in jozi i expected a bit more of hospitality. But overally its a good one. Pictures are legit.

The place was perfect, fully equipped with everything we needed. I loved the fact that you get 2 underground parking bays that are secured. I read a review about it being cold, there were enough extra blankets, a heater and both rooms had electric blankets so we didn't suffer from the cold joburg nights. The hosts were friendly and very helpful. The fibre wifi takes care of the cellular reception issue. At the price this place goes for you really get good value for your money.
