We are happy to give tips for things to do nearby and are available as a point of contact The house is located on the outskirts of the village in the holiday park Südschwarzwald [South Black Forest] and is surrounded by an extensive network of hiking trails. Traditional inns with local produce are nearby, and Zurich and Freiburg are ideal for a day trip. The car can be parked directly at the house. Train stations can be reached in 8 minutes by taxi. With the cone card, which is included, the public transport in the Black Forest can be used free of charge by bus and train. For example, you can take a trip to Freiburg on the Höllentalbahn. An Ideal place to rest and relaxat. Cook spaghetti, listen to good music with a bottle of wine and a roaring fireplace. Breakfast under the apple tree. Beautiful nature right outside the cottage.

The apartment is in the small district of Karsau, which belongs to Rheinfelden (Baden). In an almost 200 year old farmhouse with a view of our farm animals (horses/sheep/cat/dog/chickens) you can relax wonderfully. Basel can be reached in 20 minutes by car/train. The Beuggen train station is within walking distance (1.5km). On the outskirts of the village in a quiet and very sunny location. Infrastructure very good with several shops (Edeka, bakery, butcher, fresh trout on site, restaurants ...), large playground, mini golf, tennis . Hiking, cycling, culture (Basel, Freiburg, B Säckingen), …In winter, with enough snow, the ski center is open, two ski lifts for alpine skiing, sledding, ice sports hall open, swimming pool, sauna….. Our south-facing Black Forest House offers up to five guests a comfortable stay. The tri-border corner allows for a variety of cultural and sporting leisure activities.
