The 45qm-appartment (2 rooms) is centrally located in a quiet street in Freiburg-Betzenhausen. Both rooms has an access to the balcony with black-forest-view. Nearby you find a big shopping center. You can reach the central station oder downtown on foot in 15 minutes. There is also a tram stop in front of the house. We are looking foward to meet open people from all over the world. Welcome to my apartment! The apartment is quiet and located about 200 m from Lake Dietenbach. All sights are easily accessible by tram. The tram stop is also about 500 m from the property. The tram is a good way to get from the central station to the apartment. It is an attic apartment with lots of light. Parking can be provided by arrangement.
