My place is 150 meters from the beaches, close to the village of Quimiac. It is 7 kilometers from Guérande, 15 kilometers from La Baule and Brière .... You'll love my place because of its brightness, its very comfortable double bed, the modernity of its amenities, its outdoor spaces: it overlooks two terraces with shade sail to the east and bioclimatic pergola to the south, the garden furniture is substantial. Quietly, it overlooks the pedestrian path (velocean) .

Apartment of about 80 m² on the floor of a 1970 house, which I gradually refresh (the photos will speak for themselves). Nearby: shops, beaches (closest to 500 m, which is reached by crossing a street lined with large pine trees, very pleasant in summer. Charming country home 300m from the beach

Small holiday house with lots of character built in 2014 on a pleasant wooded lot 300 m from the beach and 400 m from the village with all amenities. Functional and easy to live in fine weather, comfortable and warm in the back season, we have furnished it in the spirit of a seaside resort of the 60s. A beautiful place to spend a good time but also visit the Presqu'île Guérandaise, Brière, Golf du Morbihan or Belle-Isle (from La Turballe).
