We grow a wildly diverse ecosystem of plants, animals, microbes, and ideas. This place is different. Come stay with us! The Loft is a three bedroom apartment renovated from the barn's original hayloft, with hand-detailed, reclaimed decor and a stunning view of our farm/orchard. We offer a complimentary bottle of cider and two vouchers for cider flights with every stay.

Kingtown Manor Haus

Kingtown Manor Haus is located in the country close to Cornell, IC and the Finger Lakes Wine Country. Numerous State parks are within a short drive and offer beautiful views and excellent hiking. Off street parking, pillows, bed linens and towels are included. Full equipped kitchen is available along with a propane gas grill for BBQ. A fire pit is adjacent to the house with a full supply of kindling and firewood. Grocery store and the village of T'burg is within 3 miles. Please - NO PETS.

Nestled in a grove of Norway spruce, your peaceful cabin getaway rests in the heart of the Finger Lakes. Built by a local carpenter (with help from his dog Indiana), the cabin has enough coziness and charm to make any stay special. Hike down to Mill Creek (on the property), grill up some burgers on the gas grill, or lounge in a hot tub beneath the stars. The cabin is 15 minutes to Ithaca / Cornell, has a living room with a Switch + BluRay + HBO, and has satellite wifi (30+ MBPS).

We put a lot of thought into the detail when building/decorating this apartment...we want our guest to feel at home while staying here. Sit on the deck and watch the birds while enjoying your favorite beverage. While visiting check out the many gorges, falls, and wineries.

The lake frontage includes 80 ft. of gravel beach as well as a wooden dock. The cottage has a wrap around deck with great lake views. There are over 20 rhododendron bushes on the property. A smart TV allows streaming your favorite shows.
