The Little House

Light-filled, restored 19th-century cottage in the Village of Groton, 20 minutes from Ithaca. 900 square-feet of space, original woodwork and hardware, contemporary appliances and amenities. Guests have exclusive use of the entire house. Downstairs: fully-equipped kitchen, living room with gas stove, foldout couch. Upstairs: large master suite and living area, king-sized bed, bath with shower and washer/dryer. Grounds feature patio, parking, and perennial gardens. Convenient to area colleges.

Your hosts Linda & Chris, can't wait to welcome you to Beacon Board Retreat inspired by Linda's beloved first calf from her family dairy farm. Our modern farm house retreat pays homage to those roots with charming modern farmhouse decor. This home is a bit of a chameleon, many renovations have landed us here. This apartment has a spacious kitchen, dining and living room, 2 large bedrooms, full bath and laundry. We are excited for our new adventure of hosting people in this charming space.

Nestled in a grove of Norway spruce, your peaceful cabin getaway rests in the heart of the Finger Lakes. Built by a local carpenter (with help from his dog Indiana), the cabin has enough coziness and charm to make any stay special. Hike down to Mill Creek (on the property), grill up some burgers on the gas grill, or lounge in a hot tub beneath the stars. The cabin is 15 minutes to Ithaca / Cornell, has a living room with a Switch + BluRay + Netflix, and has satellite wifi (30+ MBPS).

Tom and Lisa welcome you to “The Old Orchard Cottage”. The Cottage was built in the summer of 2025 and we are excited to make this awesome property available to guests. Take in the spectacular views and amazing sunrises from either our huge front porch or lodge-like deck/pavilion out back!The Cottage offers the perfect place to kick back and relax anytime of the year. The area offers many activities for all 4 seasons and The Cottage is the perfect home base to explore Central NY.

Welcome to The Maple Grove Yurt! Our newly handcrafted yurt at Finger Lakes Cider House was completed May 2025. This all-season, round cabin is nestled creekside in our maple grove. Every detail is custom- built by our Cider House crew. This little hobbit house sits on our 70 acre property of regenerative pasture, forest, and apple orchards— shared with our grass-fed flocks and herds of turkey, chicken, pigs, sheep, and white angus.
