Mallnbach Apartments is located in the village of Mallnitz. The village is located in the beautiful Hohe Tauern, Carinthia. Mallnitz has its own ski area Ankogel (2636m), ideal for winter sports with kids but also for the more experienced winter sports enthusiast. A 20-minute drive away is the Mölltaler Glacier (3122m). Where you are sure of snow in the winter, you are in the right place in the summer for beautiful walks and bike rides. Mallnitz has a cozy village center, supermarket and bakery.

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. At the start of the Kaiser-Wilhelm-Promenade, our in-house café/wine bar, with its wonderful sun terrace, invites you to enjoy fine drinks.

Quiet apartment in the heart of Obervellach

Our apartment is centrally located in the heart of Obervellach and is the ideal starting point for skiing, winter hiking, pony rides and nature experiences in the Mölltal – even for just one night. The apartment is on the ground floor and has two separate bedrooms, a living and dining room, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. We live on the top floor of the house. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

The apartment features a fully equipped living room/kitchen with fridge, dishwasher and small oven, a sunny balcony overlooking the beautiful mountain surroundings, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. The house has a ski cellar, where a drying installation for shoes and clothing has also been installed. Furthermore, the guest garden can be used.
