Wir bewohnen die unteren beiden Etagen. Die Wohnung hat einen tollen Blick auf den Schwarzwald. Sie ist für 2-5 Personen sehr gut geeignet. Max. 6 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder nach Abstimmung. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert(Upcycling). Unser Haus ist „relativ“ CO2 neutral(Photovoltaik u. Wärmepumpe). Waipu TV Stick.

Dream house with home cinema close to vineyards

Welcome to the Black Forest! This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

I would like to welcome you to my stylish and bright vacation apartment on the 1st floor, which I put a lot of passion into. There are 2 separate bedrooms, a sofa bed in the living room , 1 large bathroom with shower and bathtub, as well as a dining and working area. Please note : no kitchen . Kitchen is currently still in planning, coffee and tea are free. Refrigerator , microwave , coffee maker and kettle are provided. 2 baby travel beds including bed linen provided.
