Good transport connections to e.g. Duisburg, Venlo, Düsseldorf MESSE, Neuss. 1 combined living room/bedroom (140cm bed), 1 hallway with wardrobe, 1 bathroom (shower, toilet) and 1 kitchen (all things for daily use available). The door is lockable. 1 office chair for home office can be provided. There is 1 small table with 2 chairs in the front garden. English and French spoken. Welcome!

There is only cold water in the kitchen; warm water can be fetched from the bathroom right next to it. The apartment is quiet and centrally located, with a magical bathroom including corner bathtub, underfloor heating and towel rail heating. There is also a free parking space right next to the apartment (please drive slowly because of our deaf cat) and access to the garden. The bed is 1.40 m wide and the extended sofa bed is 1.20 m wide. WLAN and LAN are available.

You will have your own 2 room flat , (2nd floor), no elevator, heavy suitcases are not recommended.The unit can be locked . 2 separate bedrooms, one has a matrimonial (180 cm x 200 cm ) bed, the other room has 2 single beds (100x90 cm). Kitchenette with Nespresso machine, ceran cooking, fridge***, no dishwasher ! All rooms with central heating&windows. No TV - sorry, but Wifi. Towels & bedlinen are provided.

Spacious, quiet, safe and very bright accommodation, above the rooftops of the city, as well as great views of the garden towards the forest. Everything you need for a cozy stay can be found here and the unobstructed view of the garden can be enjoyed from the sofa. The city, the CentrO. and the nearby huge Ruhrpark invite you to take a walk. Above all, the apartment is absolutely quiet, private and secluded. Note, we don't have an elevator.

The studio apartment is located on the second floor of an apartment building directly above the Schwafheim steak house. Although the house is located on a street with through traffic, you are a few steps away in the countryside between fields and meadows. The Toepper See recreational area is within walking distance. The A40, A42 and A57 highways are a few minutes drive away. Daily shopping can be done in the supermarket across the street.

Dear guests, Welcome to Tina and Guido's in Moers. Our apartment in the countryside is the perfect starting point for both private and business activities due to its quiet yet central location. The apartment is located directly on Lauersforter Wald and only a few minutes' walk from Lake Elfrath. Shops and the A57 highway are a few minutes' drive away. Düsseldorf Airport is 20 minutes away. The small apartment on the 1st floor is centrally located and yet quiet, as it is located in a cul-de-sac. It is 2.4 km to the beautiful Kamp monastery and the city center is also within walking distance (1.3 km). To the beautiful mine park with a large playground and animal park only 1.5 km. Also, a bakery and supermarket are only 800m away. Walking distance, about 500 m, is a hotel with restaurant and spa area.
