Erdgeschosswohnung In der Beschreibung steht, dass es sich um einen gemeinsam genutzten Pool handelt. Er wird ab und zu, von uns selbst benutzt. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden zu reservieren. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Haustiere sind erlaubt aber bitte VOR der Buchung abklären und in der Anfrage angeben.

Modern furnishings, bright rooms, an open layout, and 92 square meters of space. It sleeps 1-6 people. You can relax comfortably on a small balcony. Access is via a separate staircase. We look forward to welcoming guests who want to explore our beautiful Kraichgau region or use it as a stopover on their journey.

The holiday apartment is located in the guesthouse Sellemols in Heuchelheim-Klingen. The 35sqm apartment on the ground floor has an inviting living room with sleeping area. The apartment has a shower room. Through the corridor of the guesthouse is the kitchen, which is used as a communal kitchen with another holiday apartment, accessible. Groups of up to 10 can be accommodated as a result of the combination with the other holiday apartments in the guest house.
