Welcome to our centrally located vacation home in Rülzheim in the heart of the Southern Palatinate! Rülzheim is characterized above all by its central location in the middle of Karlsruhe, Landau and Speyer as well as its proximity to Alsace, the wine route and the Palatinate Forest. Rülzheim itself has all the necessary shops, banks, doctors, cafés and restaurants. In the local recreation area there is also the Alla-Hopp facility and a beautiful swimming lake. An ideal starting point for many beautiful activities!

Eine gemütliche kleine Wohnung in guter Lage (Wohngebiet) am Stadtrand von Karlsruhe. Kurtaxe inklusive. Sehr gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ( 2 Minuten Fußweg zur Straßenbahn). Supermarkt, Apotheke und Bäcker sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung bietet ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Arbeitsplatz und eine große Küche mit kleiner Küchenzeile, einen Esstisch und eine kleine Schlafcouch in der Küche, die aber auch ins Schlafzimmer gestellt werden kann. Viel Stauraum in den Schränken.

Erdgeschosswohnung In der Beschreibung steht, dass es sich um einen gemeinsam genutzten Pool handelt. Er wird ab und zu, von uns selbst benutzt. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden zu reservieren. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Haustiere sind erlaubt aber bitte VOR der Buchung abklären und in der Anfrage angeben.

Our spacious, bright apartment is in a quiet location, overlooking nature. It is in the district of Hördt, about 7 km from Germersheim. Close to Speyer/Karlsruhe/Landau. It has 1 bedroom (double bed 1.80 m x 2.00 m), open dining and living room with sofa bed (extendable), kitchen, and bathroom. The apartment is about 68 sqm and is located on the ground floor. In the nature reserve outside the door, you can relax. Nature lovers will also enjoy themselves here.

Whether hiking in the Palatinate, a few days of wellness or the tranquility of nature right outside the front door - a lot can be combined in this accommodation. The pool is particularly popular with our guests as it provides refreshment after sauna and walks. Privacy is also particularly appreciated, as both the pool and sauna and garden are available for exclusive use. The pool can be used all year round, but is not heated. A hot tub is not available.
