Rülzheim is characterised above all by its central location in the middle of Karlsruhe, Landau and Speyer, as well as its proximity to Alsace, the Wine Route and the Palatinate Forest. Rülzheim itself has all the necessary shops, banks, doctors, cafes and restaurants. The local recreation area also has the Alla-Hopp facility and a beautiful swimming lake. An ideal starting point for many beautiful activities!

Our spacious, bright apartment is in a quiet location, overlooking nature. Is located in the district of Hördt, about 7 km from Germersheim. Close to Speyer/Karlsruhe/Landau. Has 1 bedroom (double bed 1.80 m x 2.00 m), open dining and living room with sofa bed (extendable), kitchen, as well as bathroom. The apartment is about 68 square meters, is on the ground floor. In the nature reserve in front of the door, you can let your soul dangle. Nature lovers also have their joy here.

The apartment offers one bedroom, bathroom with bathtub and a large living room with open kitchen. The highlight is the terrace with a small garden south-west orientation. Downtown Karlsruhe can be reached by car in 5 minutes or by bus in 10 minutes (stop 100 m away). In the immediate vicinity about 150 m are two large discount stores.

Privacy is also particularly appreciated, as both the pool and sauna and garden are available for exclusive use. The pool can be used all year round, but is not heated. A hot tub is not available.
