Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Quiet house, country comfort, pool, gym

18th century house in the countryside, with only horses and cows as neighbors. It can accommodate up to six people. We have tried to put in all the comforts possible to make your stay easier. Numerous hikes nearby as well as many producers. It is located about 45 km from Angoulême and cognac, 60 km from Périgueux, 1 hr 15 min from Bordeaux and Royan. There is a large pool and a gym with a sauna.
