It has double-glazed windows and is close to Saint-Maixent-l'Ecole, halfway between Niort and Poitiers. It is a house with character. For holidays or work, access is quick via the A10 a few minutes away. Located in the countryside, in a place called, you can find all amenities a few km drive away. Equipped with a connected TV, Wi-Fi you can access your Netflix or other accounts if you wish.
