Its central location is a perfect setting if you're exploring Phoenix for pleasure, visiting for an event or spending time in town on business. Full, shared access to all pictured spaces for this "Entire Home" listing. We occupy one end of the house and have two active listings for guests at the opposite end of house. Your favorite steamed coffee beverage, hot tea and continental breakfast (yogurt, juice, croissants, fruit, etc.) are all included with your listing. Enjoy all pictured spaces indoors and outdoors. Your room and bathroom are private with a queen bed, premium linens, a closet, Wi-Fi, Netflix, a desk and more. The bathroom is just a three steps from the room and we provide bathrobes for your convenience. You are welcome to the kitchen & fridge, private swimming pool, the front and back patios and all other living spaces. The front door is equipped with smart lock you may open with your smartphone. We live in the house and enjoy whatever level of interaction our guests choose. The home is in a quiet and well-established residential neighborhood on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale and is within driving distance to nightlife spots, restaurants, hiking, and sporting event locations. Depending on the length of your stay and the places you intend to visit, a rental car or Uber service may be the best choices. Just feel free to ask us. Smartphone navigation will guide you to our address easily and with accuracy. We are less than 10 mins from the airport. Our house is pet-free and we are non smokers.

Soak in the natural light in the airy and open living space wrapped in white brick and even venture up the ladder to the loft for a meditate moment. From the retro furnishings and oak hardwood floors to the spa-like bathrooms, the home is warm and charming and filled with amenities to make your stay comfortable. It is perfect for larger groups or families wanting a cozy stay near the best restaurants and shops Phoenix has to offer. The brick paved back patio offers a great al fresco dining option with the beautiful Arizona sunsets. Disclaimer: For your safety of our property and our guests, one surveillance camera has been installed on the front porch. Guests have access to the entire home, including back patio. PLEASE NOTE: The loft is accessed via a steel ladder that is secured to the wall. We ask that guests use ladder carefully and at their own risk. We are always available via telephone or through the app. The house is in the Coronado Historic District, a quiet residential community of young families and artists. Several restaurants and coffee shops are within walking distance. Downtown Phoenix is a 5-minute drive away. Guests are welcome to park on the gravel driveway, two cars can fit tandem. We have a two car maximum at the property. PLEASE NOTE: The listing photos were taken before the window treatments were installed. The master bedroom currently has a blackout drapery panel. The guest bedrooms have blackout roller shades and the living room windows have privacy roller shades.
