To maintain the initial atmosphere, we chose to restore the bread oven annex visible from the living space. You will enjoy the mezzanine reserved for the sleeping area and the storage spaces of the equipped kitchen. A private bathroom makes up the accommodation. Free on-site parking . Townhouse with garden and private parking on La Rochefoucauld. Renovated basement house on the upper part, access is by a few steps. The accommodation is easy to access, close to shops, restaurants less than 5 minutes by car. The accommodation consists of a large living-dining kitchen area, a bathroom with a separate toilet and two bedrooms with a 140x190 bed. Bed linen PROVIDED, bath towels NOT PROVIDED. Keys handed over by me between 5pm and 7pm
