Our vacation home is a spacious forester's house on more than 2300 square meters of land, which offers plenty of comfort. Behind the historic facade are four bedrooms, three modern bathrooms, a guest toilet and a bright country kitchen. In the spacious living and dining area with fireplace or the sauna, you can relax wonderfully. In summer, our swimming pool invites you to refresh yourself. The house offers a spacious outdoor area with several terraces and teak furniture as well as sun loungers.

Neben dem Wohnhaus (40m entf.)befindet sich das moderne Badehaus zur ausschließlichen Nutzung unserer Gäste. In unserem Haus wird viel gelesen, philosophiert, guter Wein getrunken und sich um das Wesentliche im Leben gekümmert, Reduktion pur! Abenteuer statt Luxus.

Der großzügige Liegebereich lädt zum Abschalten, Lesen oder einfach zum Nichtstun ein. Hier zählt nur der Moment.

The closed 4-room apartment with wooden floors and loft-like character is 70 square meters and is located on the top floor of the house. You overlook the Hercules and a beautiful garden. All 3 bedrooms have a flat-screen TV. 2 bedrooms have a double bed, the single bedroom has a bed 1.20 m wide. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, oven, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, etc. The daylight bathroom has a shower/bathtub. A hair dryer, towels and various care products are provided.

We are happy to welcome up to 4 guests in this stylish apartment. The Art Nouveau villa is located in a dream garden in the idyllic half-timbered town of Hann. The proximity to the city center, the 3 rivers and the train station are special advantages of this residential area. With 150 m³ of living space, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 3 balconies, it offers every comfort you could wish for a relaxed and interesting stay. House on two levels on our farm. Ground floor: Fully equipped kitchen. In the living room, there is a sofa (fold-out), a dining table, a TV, a wood-burning stove for cold winter days, and a WC. The sleeping area is accessed via a ladder. There is a large bed (180 x 200), a standard bed (90 x 200), and a bathroom with a bathtub. There is a construction site in front of the house. Parking available in front of the main building; Wi-Fi and satellite TV provided. NO dogs allowed!

Spacious, bright old building apartment with architectural details such as high ceilings and exposed brick. In the Philosophenweg in Kassel, quietly located and yet very central, just a 5-minute walk from the beautiful Karlsaue. The apartment has a large living room with dining area. Three cozy bedrooms. A corner bathtub with rain shower, a fireplace and a small terrace are available for our guests. Well suited for families and nice meetings with friends.

The pretty apartment with garden is central yet quiet. Shopping and public transport are just around the corner. The Karlsaue, city center and the museum district are within walking distance. The apartment is 45 square meters, it has its own entrance with its own terrace and a private sauna. Parking is sufficiently available and free of charge in front of the house on the public street. Bicycles can be parked safely and covered in the garden.

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.
