Beautiful quiet mod. apartment (70 square meters) - 3 bedrooms

The closed 4-room apartment with wooden floors and loft-like character is 70 square meters and is located on the top floor of the house. You overlook the Hercules and a beautiful garden. All 3 bedrooms have a flat-screen TV. 2 bedrooms have a double bed, the single bedroom has a bed 1.20 m wide. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, oven, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, etc. The daylight bathroom has a shower/bathtub. A hair dryer, towels and various care products are provided.

House on two levels on our farm. Ground floor: Fully equipped kitchen. In the living room, there is a sofa (fold-out), a dining table, a TV, a wood-burning stove for cold winter days, and a WC. The sleeping area is accessed via a ladder. There is a large bed (180 x 200), a standard bed (90 x 200), and a bathroom with a bathtub. There is a construction site in front of the house. Parking available in front of the main building; Wi-Fi and satellite TV provided. NO dogs allowed!

From here you have many opportunities to visit nearby attractions, such as the Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe, Tierpark Sababurg or the Kellerwald-Edersee. A bus stop is approx. 5-minute walk from your place. Our 100 m² apartment on the upper floor of our house, accessible via a separate entrance, is in a quiet location on the edge of the forest and offers the perfect mix of comfort and closeness to nature. On 60 m² there are two bedrooms with double beds, a living room with a cozy fireplace and sofa bed as well as a well-equipped kitchen and shower room. Family Waldkauz's guest house in the middle of the forest

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.

Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.
