Erdgeschosswohnung In der Beschreibung steht, dass es sich um einen gemeinsam genutzten Pool handelt. Er wird ab und zu, von uns selbst benutzt. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden zu reservieren. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Haustiere sind erlaubt aber bitte VOR der Buchung abklären und in der Anfrage angeben.

Your flat in our half-timbered house is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Black Forest, Kraichgau or to Karlsruhe and Stuttgart. Our farmhouse is located north of the "Black Forest Nature Park". Nature invites you to cycle, hike and discover: orchards, forests, meadow valleys and high moors, gorges, streams & lakes! And vineyards. But you can also relax in our garden and enjoy local wine or craft beer. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, turtles and sheep (not always on premise).

This light-filled 40-square-meter apartment in a modern wooden house (built in 2016) is newly furnished and specially equipped for longer stays. Home office workspace with LAN and Wi-Fi (100 Mbps), fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, HD TV with MagentaTV, private terrace. The Karlsruhe/Bretten tram is a 10-minute walk away. Minimum stay of 7 nights – long-term stays of up to 5 months welcome.

We look forward to welcoming guests who want to explore our beautiful Kraichgau region or use it as a stopover on their journey.

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation on the 3rd floor of our ecological wooden house. All rooms are generously proportioned and convey a feeling of open space thanks to the high ceilings. In the bathroom there is a large bathtub next to the shower. There is also a washing machine. On the large south-facing balcony, you can relax wonderfully in the shade of the walnut tree.
