With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the main house and an additional private ensuite accessible from outside, there’s plenty of space for family and friends. Warm up around the Speckstein oven inside or enjoy evenings by the outdoor fireplace under the stars. The large, open yard offers endless room to relax, play, and soak in the Alpine serenity. Quiet and cozy apartment in Surrein

In Surrein/Somvix, right on the village square, you will find our quietly located newly renovated 5 1/2 apartment. The apartment can be booked as a 4 1/2 or 5 1/2 room apartment. In summer, very good starting point for various hikes, bike and bike tours. Close to the Rhine. Great village shop, restaurant and large garden. In winter, you can reach five ski areas and countless opportunities for ski tours in about 20 minutes. Cross-country skiers have the trail right behind the house.

The cozy apartment with balcony and two bedrooms is located in the best location in Casa Postigliun in the center of the monastery village. Cafés, restaurants, shops, the monastery, the train station and the bus stop to the mountain railways are within walking distance. Our 60 m² apartment has fast Wi-Fi, TV, Netflix, washer/dryer as well as equipped kitchen and is accessible by elevator. An underground parking space in the same building is available on request at no charge.

Welcome to the approximately 150-year-old Villa Maissen, a beautiful manor house with a well-kept garden and mountain views – perfect for design lovers and nature lovers. The apartment on the first floor invites you to relax or enjoy sports. There are four ski resorts nearby: - Brigels and Obersaxen (10 min each) - Disentis/Sedrun (20 min) - Flims/Laax (25 min.) The Grisons Oberland offers numerous outdoor activities as well as the spa in Vals for wellness lovers.

The house was newly built. The apartment is furnished in Alpine style. Various details are made with old wood, which makes the apartment unique and homely. The apartment has a very spacious entrance area, where electric grill and deck chairs are available for a cozy stay. The bedroom has a box-spring bed and wardrobe. The bathroom/toilet has a shower and sink with generous storage space. The washing machine can be used free of charge.

Spacious, family-friendly house (200 m²) on the Walenstadtberg with a fantastic view of the Swiss mountains and the valley. The entire house is exclusively available to our guests. Eight individually designed bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen with a dining area, a cosy lounge, a terrace, a private fitness room and a sauna ensure a relaxing stay. Ideal for families, groups and friends. Booking for at least three paying persons.

A place to relax and enjoy the tranquility. Maiensäss REFUGI in Con Sut / Val Sumvitg for rent on a weekly basis. The Maiensäss can be reached by car up to about 500 m. (Driving permit must be obtained.) From the hamlet of Val it is about 45-minute walk away. The house can accommodate up to 6 people. The Maiensäss can be rented weekly. Individual requests are also possible.

Relax at Cortinella – Alpine Hideaway, a simple yet comfortable chalet for up to 6 guests in a remote agricultural area. Parking is a 20-minute walk away; a driving permit can be purchased. In snow, access is only possible on foot with snowshoes. UPDATE Aug 2026: Due to a local fire ban, the hot tub cannot currently be heated.
