Charming townhouse overlooking SvendborgSund

You've moved into Svendborg's Latin Quarter with the nicest view. If you start with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine here, you can hardly detach yourself to experience the rest of the city. Stunning views of the wooden ship bridge with the archipelago ferry service from both the living room and the 1st floor. Lovely little garden and secluded terrace. But should you have time, the townhouse is one minute walk from the city center, cafes, restaurants, beach and bridge, ferries, train and bus. Min 2 days. Not suitable for people with walking disabilities due to stairs.

Newly renovated basement apartment with private shower and kitchen.

We live in a lovely bricklayer's villa from 1900, where we rent out our basement apartment. The basement is newly renovated and with a private entrance. In the basement there is a bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm), living room with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom. In the whole basement there is underfloor heating. You will live centrally in Svendborg West - with a short distance to the center, forest and beach. There's free parking in front of the place. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the train station Svendborg Vest and is easy to get to from the highway.

Lovely view of Svendborgsund

Get close to the water and enjoy the beautiful view and direct access to Svendborgsund. Here, a newly renovated apartment is rented on the 1st floor — near Svendborg Centrum, the Archipelago Trail and much more. The apartment has its own entrance, small kitchen, dining area and living room with sea view, 2 x double bedrooms, WC & bath. Possibility of bedding in living room. On the south-facing terrace overlooking the strait there is also the possibility to sit outside and possibly light up the grill. Note: We have a dog (peaceful labrador) on the ground floor.

Lovely small town apartment with terrace in Svendborg C

At one end of the old Karetmagergaard from about 1777, you can stay right in the middle of the city and only 200 meters from Svendborg city center. You are close to city life, harbour, cultural life & the very special South Funen nature. The apartment has a small bedroom with a 120 cm bed and a double sofa bed can be made up in the living room. There is a fully equipped kitchen, private entrance, toilet and bath, and there is a small sunny terrace in the yard. There is 24 hours free parking on the road, and it is almost always possible to find a place.

180 degree sea view - Full sea view - Meerblick

You'll love my place because of the view of the water from every room and the huge terrace, from where you look down on the little beach with a fire pit. You will also enjoy barbecue while enjoying the view of the water, and with the new garden lounge, you have an extra room of 35 square meters. With beds (extra charge), you can accommodate 6 guests in three separate rooms. For anglers, it's just on with the waders and directly into the water - the trout are right outside the house. You're close to the bakery and Thurø's only place to eat.

Charming annex in Tåsinge

Cozy annex with access to forest. 900m to idyllic Troense harbor and town. The annex contains a double bed and a double mattress in the loft. Close to swimming facilities. There are 4 sleeping places in the same room, 2 of which are in the loft. Smaller kitchen. Owner's large plot can be used. Take a morning or evening tour, for example, where you/I can experience chickens and shetland ponies in the rural surroundings. Owner has 3 cats and in September 2023 acquired a small Border Collie puppy that you can occasionally meet.

Beautiful, bright apartment in inner Svendborg. The apartment is on the 1st floor and contains a bedroom, a living room with a wood-burning stove and a delicious kitchen with a panoramic view of the city's rooftops, a bathroom/toilet and its own exit to a green roof terrace with a view of the sea. The apartment is located in a historic and charming neighborhood surrounded by old half-timbered houses and villas. Quiet and central location. A short distance to the town square and shops.

Svendborg - A very special oasis.

Lovely home with room for two adults, central location in the middle of Svendborg. Bright and modern apartment. With 10 min walk to train/bus station and ferries. Nearby grocery shopping. The home has a lovely location in a peaceful area and with a lovely backyard with small lovely terraces and cozy nooks for free use. A lovely garden with apple and plum trees, herb garden where the guest can also enjoy a piece of fruit rolls of herbs, or to get a little shaded.

Apartment with lovely patio on Thurø (a).

Cozy and stylishly decorated apartment of 57 sqm located in the middle of charming Thurø with short distance to the water in all directions. The apartment, located on the ground floor, has a lovely private patio. Here you can, enjoy the sun most of the day. The apartment is well-stocked with cooking utensils, good pots, etc. The home is in a nice old cinema consisting of two levels. There is free parking outside the courtyard and accommodation is via lockbox.

Cozy apartment of 50 m2 with private entrance. Close to beaches, harbor, forest and Svendborg city center. It is possible to use a terrace with garden furniture and umbrella. The apartment is bright and friendly with its own kitchen and dining area for 4 people, fridge w/small freezer and full service. The apartment has 2 rooms each with a double bed and duvets + bedding. Please note that the two rooms have a common exit.

Charming townhouse with park access

Enjoy the simple life of this peaceful and centrally located home. Small but well is the motto of the renovated old laundry house, which is close to the beach, forest and town. There is a private terrace with two chairs and cafe table and access to the main house's large park garden. In addition, there are made up to two with duvets and linens, and of course there are towels for both of you.

Modern small residence in Svendborg city

Bright and spacious annex - even if it is only 30m2. You can sit in the evening sun on the terrace. There are two sleeping places on the hoist and one on the tray in the living room. Located close to Svendborg city center. There is access through a carport to the annex, where you can stay reasonably uninterrupted.
