In front of the river Loire and 100 metres far from the center of Meung sur Loire. This mariner's house has just been restored and classified 4*. You will find a sauna, a canoe and a municipal swimming pool. The track "Loire by bike" is at 200m. The Chambord Castle is at 20 minutes and the one of Blois is at 40 minutes. It will takes one hour to go to the Beauval zoo. The garden is fully enclosed and landscaped. New 2023 : the bedrooms are equiped with air conditionning.

Less than 30 km from Chartres and 5 km from Courville-sur-Eure train station (Paris-Montparnasse line), you are here in the heart of nature, conducive to calm and rest. You will have a building of this farmhouse, garden, 2 bedrooms each with its double bed, bathroom and toilet, equipped kitchen, dining room and living room kitchen. You can enjoy beautiful walks in the forest a short walk from the house, and discover the many equestrian centers and cultural places nearby.
