Die ehemalige Bauernkate, 1850 erbaut, bietet mit seinen 125 qm Wohnfläche und 1000 qm Grundstück Platz für 5 Personen. Die 3 Etagen des Cottages und der 3 geteilte Garten bieten Raum für Gemeinsamkeit, aber auch Rückzugsmöglichkeiten zum Entspannen. Ein Tag am Strand endet mit der Freude auf ein gemütliches Zuhause.

The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

Fischland-Darß-Zingst with its beautiful Baltic beaches can be reached in 25 minutes. Places like Ahrenshoop and the port cities of Stralsund and Rostock offer you great sights, museums and shops.

There is ample parking space located in front of the property. The apartment is a converted farm worker's cottage of the Frankenthal estate with strong visible beams. The original character has been preserved, but the furnishings are contemporary and modern. The Schiefe Kate is a completely new and lovingly restored small vacation home, which will be rented for the first time starting in summer 2020. The house is centrally located on a street in Wieck and is the ideal starting point for many beautiful tours. A car parking space is located next to the small property, which includes two terraces.
