Beautiful House in the middle of Germany

Feedback of guests: We stayed for 2 nights in this very spacious, clean and comfortable apartment. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom had very modern fittings including a large walk-in shower. The bed was comfortable and there was an attractive living room. Although the apartment is in a rural area, the town of Halle is within 10 miles and the nearest supermarket is only about 2 miles away. We had a very enjoyable stay in this lovely apart. located in quiet and peaceful surroundings.

Many shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. The house has a large garden with 2 terraces and is located directly on the Elster-Saale Canal. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private access to the canal with a small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/SuP are available upon request.

The apartment is fully furnished and consists of a living room, a bedroom with double bed, a children's room with double bed, a bathroom/toilet, a kitchen and a hallway. It is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building. Bed linen for up to 3 people is available. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is also a kettle and a coffee maker and a toaster.

Enjoy your escape into a simple life here on the outskirts of Halle with our wonderful animals at your door. Just 200 meters away, you can go swimming in the morning in our clear clay lake. The giant bathtub of nature brings you a feeling of paradise. Here you can find peace, experience yourself in the midst of animals or actively help with all farm work. Children are very welcome here and can romp around, help out and be with animals.

The charming guest apartment is a separate apartment in our house near the Leipzig lake landscape. The apartment is the ideal starting point for hikes on foot or by bike in the green belt of Leipzig. Thanks to the excellent transport connections, all sights and the city center can be reached quickly. For a cozy breakfast on the balcony, you will find fresh rolls from our traditional bakery and a master butcher around the corner.

Our newly renovated 60 m² apartment with two bedrooms, living room, bathroom with shower and spacious dining room/kitchen is available as accommodation from 1.6.2025. It is just about 600 metres to Lake Zwenkau, and, in essence, the unique Zwenkau riparian forest begins right on the doorstep.

A lovingly modernized trailer could be your next exciting stop to explore the beautiful area around Lake Zwenkau, discover Leipzig, switch off for a few days or just as a short stopover. The 2 x 2 m bed can accommodate 2 adults + 1-2 children. A fall protection for toddlers can be installed (see photo). A crib can be provided. Thanks to its integrated heating, the trailer is also well equipped for fall and winter.
