Comfortable detached architectural house in Leipzig for up to 5 people. The city center can be reached in 30 minutes, the A9 motorway exit Leipzig-West is 15 minutes away. Many shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. The house has a large garden with 2 terraces and is located directly on the Elster-Saale Canal. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private access to the canal with a small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/SuP are available upon request.

On the 2nd floor, you will find a sauna in our bathroom that is exclusively available to you. On the first floor, a farmhouse kitchen invites you to cook. The courtyard can be used freely. A terrace invites you to relax. A grill and fireplace are provided.

Our spacious vacation home mimadi offers plenty of space especially for families and groups. The vacation home is modernly equipped with 1 living room (with sleeping option), 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 kitchen-living room. It has satellite TV in the living room, in 2 bedrooms and kitchen as well as free Wi-Fi. Behind the house is an approx. 900 sqm garden to relax and unwind. Here you can enjoy your breakfast in peace and quiet and end the day.

Only 5 min to Lake Cospuden (Cossi) by bike, 10 min to the wildlife park and 20 min to Leipzig city center. We offer a functionally equipped, lockable guest apartment in our modern Bauhaus-style town villa near the Battle Monument in Leipzig ATTENTION: From 01.01.2019 the city of Leipzig levies a guest tax of 1.00 Euro (2 guests) respectively 3.00 Euro (1 guest) per night and person (exceptions: children, adolescents, apprentices, students). The guest tax is payable in cash after checking in to the host.
