Our house is located in a single-family housing estate and is quietly located. You can park right in front of the house. A spiral external staircase with 21 steps leads into the apartment from which you have a beautiful view of the place and the elevator An der Finne. You enter directly into the bedroom with three slopes and a skylight above the bed. Here you will also find the TV, a seating area (pull-out sleeping armchair) and the shower. A matte sliding door leads to the kitchen-living room with fridge, dishwasher, cooking facilities (without oven) and wardrobe. Dishes, toaster, coffee maker, kettle are in the kitchen cabinet. A shelf with the current tourist advisors, children's books, a few games and some space for kitchen ingredients. Of course with Wi-Fi connection. In front of the three-part window (with screen and blind) is the dining table with three or four chairs. You can also relax on the comfortable pull-out couch. The couch can be pulled out by a maximum of two people to sleep. The toilet with sink and skylight is attached.

Connection to public transport is available. The Agra exhibition grounds are only a 10-minute walk away. No animals are allowed out of consideration for subsequent guests.

Haus Sonnenschein am Gröberner See

My accommodation is in the municipality of Muldestausee in the district of Gröbern. Gröbern is a small town with 800 inhabitants. In 10 minutes you reach the Gröberner See, which invites you to swim and relax. There you can rent bicycles, subs, boats and fins for a fee in the forest resort. By bike you can explore the entire surroundings from the Wörlitzer Gartenreich to the Goitzsche. Leipzig and Halle are also not far away. The new FOC outlet centre can be reached in 25 minutes.

Guest apartment near Weimar

Apartment between Weimar and Erfurt in a quiet rural location. The apartment has a spacious courtyard that offers tranquility and privacy. After excursions to the cultural city of Weimar, which can be reached in about 10 minutes by car, as well as to Erfurt, Jena, Eisenach and the Thuringian Forest, you can relax here. After 2 km towards Ottmannshausen you can enjoy a nice well-kept outdoor pool in summer. Shopping facilities are available 5 km away. A vehicle is required.

Cozy mini-house near the fair

Cozy little guesthouse on a private, quiet property – ideal for trade fair visits or city trips. Equipped with a built-in kitchen (stove, fridge, microwave), TV, and Wi-Fi. The minimalist yet functional atmosphere provides everything you need for a relaxing stay. Bathroom with shower available. Only a 5-minute drive to the Leipzig Trade Fair or a direct tram connection takes you to the city center in just 10 minutes. A contact person is always available on-site.

Lakeside house

This place is available from April to September. Small cozy, rustically furnished wooden house in the countryside, in the immediate vicinity of Lake Haselbach. The cottage is right on our property and we are therefore available at any time. Pets are not allowed, as we have 1 dog ourselves, which runs freely on the property. In just a 15-minute walk you can cool off in the lake in summer temperatures. You can also walk through the forest and field.

This small guest house is directly adjacent to the private house, only 14 minutes away from the city by public transport. It has a separate entrance and is equipped with 2 bedrooms for 2 people each, bathroom with tub and daylight, as well as a new, modern kitchen with dining area, coffee included. The private terrace and the shared use of the garden invite you to relax. Feel good and arrive in the heart of Leipzig.

Smoking is allowed on the terrace of the vacation home. The house can accommodate up to 4 guests. With two bedrooms, a kitchen and a terrace, it offers the perfect place to relax and unwind. Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a TV are available. Parking is available. The first bedroom has a French double bed, while the second bedroom has two smaller single beds (1.85 x 0.7 m).

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. It is in the immediate vicinity of the city center, but also a large park. The town of Apolda is only a few kilometers from Weimar, Jena, Bad Sulza or Naumburg. We hosts live in a house on the same property and are happy to help you with “advice and assistance.”

Grafscher Hof

Our beautiful apartment is located on the 1st floor of an old barn on our farm! We have an outdoor pool heated with wood on site for all our guests, as well as a terrace with enough space for 10 people and a grill / campfire! A baker is located in the village and further shopping facilities can be reached in about 10 minutes by car.

The small apartment is perfect for 2 people. It is quietly and romantically located in the rear courtyard in the beautiful Giebichenstein district. Saale, castle, museum, Reileck, city center, opera, theater, cinema, pubs, restaurants... everything is a stone's throw away!!! Parking is possible in the street free of charge.
