The neighborhood boasts a rich history and a stunning church, all just a 10-min. walk away from Kirchberg and downtown area. Not only is our house perfect for families with kids, but it's also equipped with wireless internet for all your browsing needs. Parking is a breeze and free, during weekdays (18h-8h Mon-Fri) and weekends. So, come stay with us and enjoy the comforts of home in a truly charming setting!

This organic house is the larger of the two neighbouring holiday homes (both can be booked together for up to 7 people, see also ‘Lichtberg 2’). It is located in a completely rural idyll and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city centre, main station and motorway). It has been optimally renovated with high-quality materials and is a beautiful home for 5 people plus 1 small child who want to enjoy the high altitude above the Moselle valley. E-charging station at home.

Haus Kordula

Das geräumige Wohnhaus in Losheim am See lädt zum Entspannen ein. Es wurde im Jahr 2016 komplett renoviert. Dabei wurden bestehende Elemente sorgfältig um neue Einrichtungsgegenstände ergänzt. Das Haus verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett, einem Bad im Obergeschoß und einem barrierefreien Bad im Erdgeschoß. Die Küche ist ebenfalls barrierefrei erreichbar. Zwei Wohn- und ein Esszimmer runden das Erdgeschoß ab. Ein Balkon und der Garten laden zum Verweilen im Freien ein.

Central and cozy mini studio, located at the ground floor of a renovated house, very close to the city center(5 min by car, 15 min by foot and 8 min by bus) but as well to Kirchberg(5min by car, 15 min by foot and 7 min by bus) The studio fits the need of a short stay either for a business trip or a visit. Nice sized bed. Small dining area. A kitchenette. And a rack for hanging your clothes. Parking along the street is free from 6pm till 8am and during weekends. Otherwise 1€/hour, max 3h
