Holiday rentals with a patio in Sabaudia

Alessandro's Apartment is beautiful! Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, as well as everything in the house. All-new! Wonderful silence to sleep and the privilege of waking up looking at the trees. Me and my family love everything! Alessandro gave us useful recommendations on how to get around without a car in the city. Has been kind in several situations. I'm sure I'll be back for days of rest. All amazing! Thank you!

Good and large apartment, ideal for a family as there are two bedrooms. A little outside, but the S-Bahn line 8 is right next door, with which you can easily get to the center. The kitchen is somewhat sparsely equipped and there was no picture on the wall, which hurt the coziness. In the beginning, two blinds didn't work. But they were repaired asap. Good communication and help. Recommended due to the location to the S-Bahn and other tranquility!!!

Angelo is an extremely nice person and has a beautiful apartment. It is on the top floor and the balcony has a beautiful view. Very comfortable and clean. There isnt wifi but that was okay for us. Great stay

Paola is a thoughtful , kind, wonderful host and the apartment is just as described. It is on a quiet street yet less than 10 minutes walking distance to the beach, center & port. Paola has thought of everything, demonstrating a real commitment to providing all that her guests may need (beach umbrellas, cold drinks in the fridge and even ingredients to make a simple supper). The accommodation is located in a small, very quiet subdivision, close to everything we needed. The apartment is equipped with everything we needed for this stay. I would highly recommend

Lovely villa. Hosts were very responsive. The garden is amazing and overlooks the sea. There is a lovely place to sit on the private path to the beach. There are a number of steps to the beach which are very well maintained with hand rail. Beach had very shallow slope into sea so very safe for playing and swimming. Supermarket short walk away with lovely breads and fruit.

I had a fantastic stay and I highly recommend this property. The home is very clean, spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing. The hosts, Gianni and Carolina, are exquisite people who make guests feel welcome. The house has a large covered veranda and a garden equipped with a barbecue, in a quiet and peaceful setting. Everything was in excellent condition and the house was comfortable. A commendation goes to Mr. Gianni who, during this period of such cold days, his attention to detail made a difference. He called me in the morning to inquire about my arrival time and, upon my arrival, I found the radiators on, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This pampering did not go unnoticed and made my stay even more comfortable.

Daniela and her husband were super friendly, they gave us more things than they needed to give us, they were always attentive to our needs.... The place, the house and Daniela are highly recommended... Thank you so much, we had a spectacular family stay. Nela, Raúl and family.

A good host and a home that matches the description is rare to find these days on AirBnb. Gian Piero’s home was exactly as described and he was a very proactive, responsive host. I wish more AirBnBs are as smooth and accurate as my experience. Easy 5/5 stars.

we had a great stay in this apartment. ideally located, it allows you to do everything on foot. small downside for the noise, the windows insulate quite badly and the noises from the outside regularly woke us up. the terrace is pleasant, unfortunately the extraction system of the restaurant next door is quite noisy and the frying smells not very pleasant. well, the bathroom would need a little clean. everything else was spotless

An excellent place right next to the Colosseum! The neighborhood is very walkable, and there’s a 24-hour grocery store right across the street. We loved the outdoor courtyard and jetted tub! The TV had every streaming option as well as local channels, so we were able to unwind after full days of sightseeing. Luca our host was extremely responsive and helpful to us. Grazie mille!

Our stay was short but absolutely wonderful. We cannot recommend Stefano and his air bnb any higher. Everything was PERFECT and he went above and beyond for us…… including organising two separate taxis for us when we got duped by a scamming company. His place is pristine yet welcoming. This is my second time staying at Antonella’s apartment. Very close to the colosseum and close to a lot of the major attractions. Her apartment is very clean and comfortable. Furthermore, Antonella is a great person, very friendly and easy to communicate with. I hope this apartment is available the next time I visit Rome. I highly suggest this apartment for anyone visiting the beautiful city.

Valerio was an awesome host. We needed a late check-in and he was very accommodating. He was very responsive no matter what time we messaged. He sent us a detailed list of things to do and places to eat before we even arrived. The condo was immaculate and smelled great too! We had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were super clean and the outdoor patio was great. The onsite, dedicated parking space was a must for us since we rented a car and it was located right outside the front gate. So convenient. The condo is just a short walk from St. Peter’s Square and there are restaurants to walk to just down the street. The area felt very safe. I would highly recommend staying at Valerio’s place if you are visiting Rome and looking for a beautiful, safe place with things to do within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location! Very walkable to nearby restaurants and bars. The terrace felt very private and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the space itself was tasteful and well laid out. Giacomo provided a wealth of local information, including restaurants and things to do. Definitely visit Evo Hostaria! It’s less than a 5 minute walk away and was our favorite meal in all of Italy!
