A small house in the heart of the Park

Our house is located in the countryside, quiet, near Nocé and 1h45 from Paris. Come and relax! We are 1 hour 45 minutes from the Normandy beaches and 1 hour 30 minutes from the Loire Valley châteaux. This is our second home (not a house rented year-round). It therefore contains some of our memories, but we are happy to share it! You will come across two little cats that were taken in in August 2021. Very sweet with the children, autonomous thanks to the flap. Allergic to cats, abstain 😉

Authentic Perche family home

Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, La Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, you can shine according to your desires (taste, flea markets, hikes, sports, spa...). Accommodation capacity: 9 adults, 1 child and 3 babies (extra bed and 3 cot beds available on request).

Casa Moon & its bath on the lake

Casa Moon is designed for 4 people, it offers a real cozy nest. The bed placed in front of the large bay window provides a unique awakening. Cozy & ultra functional, full of charm, it has everything to ensure a great stay. Its office in front of the window will attract lovers of creative retreats and teleworking in the great outdoors. Casa Moon guests have access to a heated Nordic bath with Scandinavian accents in the winter, it is located on the lake, a sublime experience

Marie's house: 6-person gîte in the heart of Perche

Located in the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, in a typical hamlet, Marie's house is a cottage completely renovated in 2019 in keeping with the Percheron style (old tiles, lime plaster, exposed beams...). Equipped with all the necessary comforts and fiber, it is the perfect place for your stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. A charging station is accessible according to conditions. Calm, nature and local products will be there.

Charlotte's house for 6 people

Charlotte's house is a gîte that was completely renovated at the end of 2019, respecting the Percheron frame with noble materials such as wood, stone, old tiles and lime plaster. Located in one of the most beautiful villages of the Perche Regional Park, it is the perfect place for a stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. The cottage is fully equipped with new products (appliances, bedding, SAUNA, wood stove) and has an enclosed garden.

La Petite Maison – Perche Effect

Come and experience the beauty, simplicity and calm of the Percheron countryside in a carefully decorated house. In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

We offer this small cottage in the heart of the Reno Forest. All comforts, cocooning and quiet, for a couple and a child. Enjoy the joys of the fireplace or stroll in the heart of nature. Discover our region on foot, by bike thanks to the many paths that surround us, but also on horseback because we can also accommodate it! 4 boxes, an arena and almost direct access to the forest are major assets of our Site! Gîte in the heart of the Perche

In a small quiet hamlet on the heights of Rémalard (all shops) and along a hiking circuit, this all-inclusive cottage is ideal for getting green! Single-storey Percheron farmhouse: living room with fitted kitchen, lounge (wood-burning stove, double sofa bed (sheets not provided), TV, desk), bedroom (double bed 160 x 200 cm – sheets provided) on the garden level with access to a wooden terrace, bathroom (walk-in shower and corner bath), WC.

The cottage is fully equipped with a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, TV… When you arrive your rooms are ready, beds made with towels for your comfort. You will enjoy its large terrace as well as the parking. Baby equipment available. Conveniently located for visiting Chartres, Orléans, Châteaudun and only 1.5 hours from Paris.

Located in the heart of the Perche Regional Nature Park, in the charming village of Moutiers au Perche; this large 19th century house enjoys an exceptional environment. After having travelled the many walks from the house (on foot, on horseback, by car or by bike), recreational, sporting or bucolic, come and rest at the bottom of the garden, by the Corbionne or enjoy yourself in front of a good fire...

Farm stay in Perche

10 kms from Bellême and Mamers, "La Grande Maison Volganza" allows you to stay in a farm where Percheron horses are raised. You will also meet goats from the ditches, donkeys of the Cotentin without forgetting the lower courtyard. We have been welcoming you with great joy since 2022, when we restored this house ourselves. The *** gîte offers comfort, charm and tranquillity.
