Located in a hamlet 5 minutes from Mortagne-au-Perche, the house consists of 4 bedrooms (double beds, possibility to transform the blue room into 2 single beds), 3 umbrella beds, 2 high chairs, changing table, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen open to living room with fireplace, TV lounge and 1 pétanque court. Charlotte's house is a gîte that was completely renovated at the end of 2019, respecting the Percheron frame with noble materials such as wood, stone, old tiles and lime plaster. Located in one of the most beautiful villages of the Perche Regional Park, it is the perfect place for a stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. The cottage is fully equipped with new products (appliances, bedding, SAUNA, wood stove) and has an enclosed garden.
