Unser Haus mit 2 FWen befindet sich in ruhiger Lage am Fuße des Rauensteins, direkt am Malerweg. In ca. 600 m erreichen Sie Elberadweg, Fähranlegestelle, das Erlebnisbad und Gaststätten. Gute Ausgangsbasis für Wanderungen, Radtouren, ebenso für Besuche von Burgen und Schlössern sowie Sehenswürdigkeiten. In ca. 500 m befindet sich die S-Bahnstation "Stadt Wehlen".

Rauchen nur auf dem Balkon oder im Außenbereich möglich (Nichtraucherwohnung). Im Außenbereich befindet sich ein großer Garten mit Pool/Poolhaus (saisonal nutzbar) und Feuer- und Grillplatz. Garage sowie Carport vorhanden. WLAN, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort, Nutzung des Kaminzimmers nach Rücksprache möglich.

Kleines, aber voll ausgestattetes Appartement im Ferienhaus Börnchen auf etwa 30 m² Fläche. Das Bad und der Wohn- Schlafbereich ist mit Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet. Unser Ferienhaus liegt im Zentrum des Osterzgebirges. Namhafte Ausflugziele sind mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. (Dresden, Elbsandsteingebirge, Sächsische Schweiz, Böhmische Schweiz, Seifen, Freiberg, Altenberg, Glashütte und Prag e.t.c.)
