Our apartment with separate entrance is located in the new annex of our detached house in the quiet center of Bannewitz. Within walking distance you can reach the bakery (open on Sundays!), supermarket and public transport to Dresden in 5 minutes. This takes you in about 20 minutes to the city center to the Frauenkirche, Semperoper, Zwinger or to the main train station Dresden. From there you can also start a trip to the Elbe Sandstone Mountains or to Meissen. Hiking or biking trails are right outside the front door.

A warm welcome! In 2025, the old, extended attic (from the 1960s) was redesigned in painstaking work. New windows and doors, new bathroom, new floor, new insulation, new ceiling... everything has been redone. Lots of wood, old beams were cleaned, a small retreat created, cosy, stylish, state-of-the-art. A highlight is the Velux Cabrio window, a small balcony. The lovingly designed apartment is located in a newly renovated farmhouse, which was first built in 1819 in a half-timbered style. Surrounded by numerous hiking trails and cycling routes, you can start directly from the property. Day trips by car can be made to Dresden, Bautzen or Prague.
