Small summer garden cottage with large terrace in the middle of the countryside. An absolutely secluded location on a mountain, between forest and field – in the romantic, park-like garden of Villa Sunnyside, above Pillnitz Castle. It is a kind of hotel room by the forest. What makes it special is that a gable wall is completely glazed, allowing a view of the greenery from the loft bed as well. The cottage can only be heated with an oil radiator and can therefore only be booked in the warmer seasons!

National Park - City of Wehlen Markthaus - Apartment

The town of Wehlen is located in the Upper Elbe Valley in the heart of Saxon Switzerland National Park. The tranquil health resort looks back on almost 800 years of history. The market house is a historic gem and is a listed building, designated as the first hostel of Saxon Switzerland. The house frames the market square in the reflection of the market church below the historic castle ruin. The vaulted cellars date back to 1527, while the main house was built in 1734 in the Franconian half-timbered style.

Its location at the foot of the forest allows you to experience a peaceful rest and relaxation or an active holiday. The nearby area of the Elbe Sandstones is also a popular location for both recreational and advanced climbers.

A good starting point for hikes, bike rides, and for visiting castles, palaces and places of interest. The "Stadt Wehlen" S-Bahn station is approx. 500 m away.

Small but fully equipped apartment in the holiday house Börnchen on about 30 m² surface. The bathroom and the living/sleeping area is equipped with floor heating. Our cottage is situated in the centre of the Osterzgebirge. Well-known excursion destinations can be reached in a short time by car.
