L'entre deux mers is ideally located in the heart of the vineyards, near Bordeaux (30 minutes), Arkéa Arena (20 minutes), St Emilion (30 minutes), the airport (35 minutes), the Bay of Arcachon, the Dune du Pyla and Cap Ferret (about 1 hour 5 minutes), and the ring road (20 minutes). St Caprais de Bordeaux is a village with all amenities (Carrefour, bakery, pharmacy, doctor's office).

The barn sleeps 5, was updated in 2021 and has a spacious open plan living area with fitted kitchen & stylish wood stove. 1 double and 1 twin bedroom with en-suite bathrooms. Extra bed on mezzanine. Wooden deck opens onto our picturesque orchard. Shops and restaurants just 3 km away.

House in the Coteaux de Garonne, 15 km from Bordeaux

Located 15 km from Bordeaux, Saint Caprais is a small country village in the heart of the Entre-deux-Mers vineyards. The house for rent as well as our house are located on a large, enclosed and wooded lot. The house is completely independent of ours. A parking space will be reserved for you. The 50 m² house consists of 3 rooms, an equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Everything is air-conditioned.

If you are passing through Bordeaux, you will be welcome in our spacious, bright studio with a private terrace, garden and private parking. Restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries and a shopping centre are not far from the centre of Créon. If you fancy a ride, on foot or by bike, you can take the Roger LAPEBIE cycle path. The accommodation is 25 km from central Bordeaux, accessible by bus 470 every hour from Monday to Friday. A stop not far from Saint Jean station.

You can visit the region easily: we are 30 minutes from Bordeaux and 1 hour from the coast.

This house is in our property 15 km from the center of Bordeaux, in the heart of the vineyards. It is a very quiet place, not overlooked but yet close to the city and traffic routes. Several guests have told us that the place is a very good base for visiting the area. The house rented (where our children used to live) was completely renovated as of 2017. It is equipped with all modern comforts.
