Quiet apartment south of Landes

This accommodation is quietly located amid greenery. It is located on the ground floor of our house, so we are available whenever you want. We are 11 km from Ondres beach (bike path to the beach), 12 km from the center of Bayonne and 15 km from Capbreton. St Martin de Seignanx has many amenities: supermarket, gasoline, tobacco/press, restaurants, bakery, bus (stop at the end of our cul-de-sac), the entrance to the highway is also 10 minutes away.

A modern kitchen features a large wooden dining table with seating for six. Three woven pendant lights hang above the table. The kitchen includes sleek black cabinetry, a built-in oven, microwave, and a refrigerator. Natural light streams in through a window.

Just 15 minutes from Hossegor or Bayonne, 20 minutes from Biarritz, 30 minutes from the Spanish border, it's the perfect base for visiting our beautiful region.

Nice 2 bedr. villa in Seignosse, located on the edge of the forest, 10min away from the beach breaks.This villa will suit every family hoping for some rest in a quiet place: surrounded by nature, you’ll access easily trail-tracks and cycle pathes. Swimming pool (south) : 4m x 4m x 1.35m . Not heated and available from May the 15th until October the 15th.
