Relax at Grand Tres, a renovated Basque farm surrounded by greenery, 5 minutes from the beaches of Tarnos, Labenne and Ondres, 10 minutes from the center of Bayonne, close to the Landes bike paths. The 4 bedrooms are equipped with double beds. The renovated attic converted into a dormitory accommodates 4 additional people in single and double beds. The equipped kitchen and the living room overlook the large terrace and its plancha guinguette for lunch in the shade of the Japanese maples.

PLEASE NOTE: The capacity of the Villa is set at 6 ADULTS + 4 CHILDREN MAXIMUM. The Villa is located on a vast 15,000 m2 property, bordered by a stream on the edge of the forest. The 12 m x 4 m private pool, secured by an electric roller shutter, is surrounded by a large wooden terrace equipped with garden furniture and deckchairs. Fully air-conditioned, equipped and carefully decorated, the Villa offers modern and elegant comfort that will delight families or couples with children.

We present this cocoon furnished in March 2025 in a rural setting, on the ground floor of our pretty wooden house. We designed this place to enjoy stays for 2 in our beautiful region. In the Landes, at the gates of the Basque Country, you will be in less than 20 minutes: in Bayonne, Hossegor or Capbreton. You will be 5 minutes from the Marais d'Orx, a haven of peace and an ideal place for nature enthusiasts. This apartment has all the amenities you will need.

Independent 50 m² loft, fully equipped and refurbished, in an oriental style, with a sleeping area with a king-size canopy bed, a bathroom with large shower cabin and separate toilet. The main living/dining room overlooks your covered terrace and then directly onto the pool. View of the large oaks surrounding the property and the surrounding hills. Not overlooked, at night you will fall asleep to the sound of owls and a starry sky without visual pollution.
