Pleasant 4 bedroom, at the back of a house, overlooking the forest and 10 minutes from the beach and Bayonne. Private pool is open and heated from June to September. Terrace and enclosed garden. Functional kitchen, open to the living space. A toilet is located on the ground floor. The floor consists of three bedrooms, 2 of 13 m² (large wardrobe and double bed) and 1 of 11 m² (storage and two single beds). The 6 m² bathroom is bright and also has a toilet.

Close to amenities ( 5mn walk to a bakery and Super U ), 10mn from the beaches of Ondres and Labenne , 20mn from Capbreton and Hossegor , 30mn from Biarritz, 45mn from Spain . All comforts equipped kitchen on a terrace. Air conditioning on the first floor.
