You will have access to amenities such as pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball courts, fitness center, on site restaurant, etc. You can easily walk to an assortment of shops and restaurants nearby. This is a non-smoking unit. Any signs of smoking with attract an additional cleaning fee of $500.
