A little slice of paradise located in the heart of the city centre, less than a minute's walk from the ocean. Everything within easy reach, but relatively quiet. Relax, all you have to do is have a great stay! The flat comprises a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso machine and filter coffee machine), 2 bedrooms (one with a 160 cm bed and one with a 140 cm bed), a shower room, a WC and a storage room. Its terrace faces south. Bed linen and towels are provided. We had an excellent stay!

The staircase invites you to climb to the 1st floor in the fully renovated home with a cocooning atmosphere. It consists of a bright living room, functional kitchen, zen bathroom and bedroom that invites you to rest. You will have 1 terrace available and a private parking space. Available as a paid option: wellness massage or reflexology treatment in my institute.

PLEASE READ THIS INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING. Duplex studio with small terrace in a townhouse, ideally designed for 2 people only. Stay of 3 to 7 days maximum. This studio is located in Pontaillac, a popular area of Royan. Independent entrance, shower room and private toilet, small kitchen equipped with 2-burner stove (for breakfast or to heat up small dishes). Television, Wi-Fi, Beach 200 m away, free public parking across the street from the accommodation.

La Palmyre Center Apartment

This ideally located home offers quick access to the zoo, shops, restaurants. Beach 700 m away. This large 28 m2 studio can accommodate up to 4 people. Located in a secure residence with elevator, it is fully furnished, all linens are provided and it has a 5 m2 terrace for breakfast in the sun (facing east). For parking you can count on 5 free parking spaces all located within 150 m and 2 bike rooms in the basement for our cycling friends.
