Joli appartement entièrement rénové comprenant une grande cuisine, une chambre de 17m2 et salle d’eau avec WC. Le salon comprend un canapé convertible. Et l’appartement est complété par un studio avec salle d’eau et WC et entrée indépendante par la Terrasse de 20m2. Il se situe à 200 mètres des commerces du bourg et à 5 kms à vol d’oiseau des plages et de St Palais sur mer. Vous pourrez également profiter de l’accès à la piscine de la résidence du 15 juin au 15 septembre (non chauffée).
